Mayer potting machine TM 1010 F
The Mayer TM 1010F processes up to 4.000 pots/hour with a pot diameter of 5-22cm. Outstanding planting quality requires sustained favourable conditions for cultivation. The TM 1010F creates these optimally by consistently drilling accurate, central planting holes. The exact coordination of pot position and pot transfer is fully synchronised. The high degree of mechanical precision also ensures the processing quality of subsequent stations or systems (e.g. automatic planting machines).

Mayer tray filler special
The Mayer tray filler special processes up to 600 trays per hour. It is the specialist for filling crates and trays, especially for growing trays with small cells. It can be easily integrated into filling and sowing lines.
The soil hopper has a capacity of approx. 600 liters, with extension up to 1,500 liters.
The machine consists of two modules, a soil conveyor module and a special tray filling module.
For soil compaction, a frequency-controlled vibrator is optionally available.

Mayer big bale breaker BZ 6160
The special ergonomic design of the Mayer big bale breaker BZ 6160 facilitates efficient handling. A simple manual lift can be used for loading with conventional big bales. After removing the protective sheeting from the bale, the hopper can be tilted into the dosing position by means of the integrated hydraulic system. The chassis is equipped with solid rubber tires. Using a hopper extension, the basic model of the big bale breaker can take even larger bales up to 2.70 m high.
